There’s a lot that could be said about boxing—but if you had to sum it up in one line, it’s this: boxing is the most honest sport there is.

Two athletes. One set of rules—the Queensberry Rules. Under the watchful eye of a referee, they test each other’s speed, skill, and will.

In our classes, we focus heavily on mastering technique. Boxing isn’t easy—learning it properly requires discipline, effort, and solid physical conditioning. That’s why we dedicate real time to building strength, endurance, and precision.

Sparring is never mandatory—but over time, many discover a new confidence and excitement in applying what they’ve learned in live situations.

Ladies Boxing Training

As the Dutch Boxing Association also highlights, boxing is increasingly popular among women—and for good reason.

Whether your goal is to get fit, sharpen your technique, or train for competition, we offer a space where you can grow at your own pace.

Women train alongside men in a supportive, high-energy environment that challenges, respects, and empowers you.

It’s the perfect blend of conditioning, self-defense, and learning how to land a clean shot—with confidence.

Youth Boxing Training

At Jimmy’s Gym, we offer a welcoming space for young people to discover the joy of boxing.

These days, it's no secret—many kids spend too much time behind screens and not enough time moving. We're here to change that.

Boxing is a fun, active way for kids to burn energy, build confidence, and learn valuable skills—all while having a blast.

Studies show that children who engage in sports between the ages of 8 and 12 gain a significant advantage in their physical development. This is a critical period when the central nervous system is rapidly growing—making it the perfect time to build strong foundations in coordination, reaction time, motor skills, and overall fitness.

Whether your child is just starting out or looking for a new challenge, we’ll help them grow stronger—body and mind.

Additional Training Times

By popular request, Jimmy's Gym is now also open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Many people are unable to train in the evenings due to their work, hence the extra training sessions in the morning.

The group lessons are open to everyone;

Ladies, gentlemen, beginners, advanced, young and old.

A lesson consists of: warming-up, technique, fitness, strength and a cool-down.

It is a fitness training based on boxing, so while you are working on your fitness you also become a lot more resilient!

Competitive boxing

Thinking about taking boxing to the next level? At Jimmy’s Gym, we offer the pathway to competitive boxing for those ready to commit and push their limits.

Our skilled and certified trainers have years of experience preparing fighters for the ring—technically, physically, and mentally.

With the gym open seven days a week, you’ll have every opportunity to train consistently and sharpen your edge.
