Private Training

Many people prefer to train in a more private, focused setting— and at Jimmy’s Gym, we make that possible.
Our experienced trainers are here to motivate you and push you just the right amount, helping you achieve visible results quickly. Whether your goal is to improve technique, build strength, boost fitness, or manage your weight (gain or loss), we tailor the sessions to your needs.
Before starting, we schedule an intake session to align on your goals and create a personalized training plan.
Each private session lasts one hour and includes a mix of targeted exercises. Depending on your objectives, a session may include:

Pad work (punch and kick combinations)

Offensive and defensive techniques

Punching bag drills

Kettlebell workouts

Strength & conditioning circuits

Personalized nutrition and diet advice

Group private training

Private training can also be done in groups.
To ensure sufficient attention is given to the participants, groups are no larger than 6 people.Before the lesson starts, there is an intake interview in which we discuss which aspects need to be covered so that a tailor-made training can be enjoyed.The lesson lasts one hour, during which we will work on fitness and technique.
These lessons are outside of regular times so that all attention can be focused on the group. You can view the prices under the rates heading.
