Boxing

Boxing is the most honest sport there is—two athletes, one set of rules, testing nothing but speed, skill, and will. In our classes, we drill technique, strength, and conditioning to forge discipline and precision, building the confidence to step into live situations when ready.

Thai Kick Boxing

Tjakai—a martial art born in Utrecht from Kempo, Karate, Judo, and 80% Muay Thai—has been sharpened for decades by masters like Walter Janssen, a 5th Dan black belt, A-level kickboxing trainer, and former international referee. At Jimmy’s Gym, he delivers powerful, precise training for men, women, and youth alike—whether for fitness, discipline, or competition.

MMA Grappling

We offer grappling and MMA training for all levels, including MMA classes every Saturday from 11:00–12:00. Practiced under safe UFC-based rules, our sessions teach striking-to-grappling transitions, takedowns, and submissions—giving you the skills, fitness, and confidence to push yourself further.

Strength and Conditioning

At Jimmy’s Gym, our Strength & Conditioning sessions—modeled on CrossFit-style training—forge stronger, faster, and more resilient athletes through high-intensity, functional workouts. It’s tough, it’s sweaty, and every gain is earned—but with coaches and teammates driving you forward, you’ll break limits and build results that last.

Private Training

For those who want focused, one-on-one coaching, our private training sessions deliver personalized results. After an intake session to set clear goals, we design a tailored plan that may include pad work, bag drills, kettlebells, strength circuits, and nutrition guidance—helping you sharpen technique, build strength, boost fitness, or manage weight with visible progress.

Clinics

We offer dynamic clinics for groups—ranging from boxing and team-building to leadership development, conflict management, and aggression control.
