Jiimmys Gym Training, Strength and Conditioning

All Heart, All Hustle—No Matter Your Level

In addition to our Boxing and Thai Boxing programs, Jimmy’s Gym offers specialized Strength and Conditioning sessions inspired by CrossFit-style training. This method was designed to build stronger, more resilient athletes—improving strength, endurance, and overall fitness through functional, high-intensity workouts.Make no mistake—this training is tough.

Results don’t come easy.

You’ll sweat, push your limits, and earn every gain. But you won’t do it alone—our trainers and your fellow athletes will be right beside you, pushing you to go further. If you’re serious about becoming stronger, faster, and more conditioned—this is where you get it done.

The training is structured into three progressive modules:

Strength & Conditioning Module 1 – Foundations

Focused on bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, and kettlebells, this module emphasizes learning proper movement patterns, injury prevention, and both physical and mental preparation for more intense loads. We keep the weights low and the training volume high to build a strong foundation.

Strength & Conditioning Module 2 – General Strength

This module introduces extensive use of the barbell with progressive loading. The weight increases while training volume decreases, with strong attention to perfecting technique. This is where general strength development

takes place.

Strength & Conditioning Module 3 – Sport-Specific Strength

Here, the strength and skills built in the previous modules are applied in a targeted way depending on your sport or goals. Examples include:

  • Olympic weightlifting

  • Strongman training

  • CrossFit

  • Strength training for MMA, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Boxing

  • Professional-level strength programming

Each discipline is taught in small groups to ensure technical precision and personalized attention.

Remember: long-term strength gains only happen when injuries are prevented or resolved properly.
